Modest Coffee roasts the highest quality single-origin coffee without the snobbery. We take the guesswork out of buying specialty coffee by carefully curating green coffees and applying them to one of our set tiers based on cupping score, price, flavor notes, and roast level.

At our roastery store you can sample any of our coffees, buy a bag, or bring your own container and save with bulk pricing. If you're a home roaster, pick up a bag of green and talk roasting with our lead roaster.
