Three Waves Coffee is a specialty coffee roasting company based in Santa Cruz, CA. Our name is inspired by our love of the ocean, and our passion for third wave (specialty) coffee. Visit us at The Hook in Santa Cruz, CA to enjoy delicious coffee and pastries by the sea. Everything we offer is organic and good!

In our online store, we offer a rotating selection of organic coffee beans. We carefully roast each coffee to bring out the natural and unique flavors. We roast our beans in a high efficiency Loring roaster, using 80% less energy than a standard roaster. Roasted coffee is sealed for freshness in bags made from 100% compostable bags.
